HP Indigo 5r digital press can be enhanced with One Shot technology for printing on synthetics, metallised and canvas substrates for plastic card and specialty applications. The press is compatible with more than 2500 certified substrates, the widest choice in the industry, and prints on a range of uncoated and coated papers and recycled and other eco-friendly papers. It has up to seven on-press ink stations that enable the use of HP Indigo’s wide digital colour gamut, including special effect inks four, six or seven process colours for vivid printing and accurate on-press Pantone emulations as well as true spot colours, mixed off press, for outstanding Pantone-approved solids. HP Indigo prints are of the highest quality, they match or even exceed offset, allowing them to be used interchangeably.
